Lung squamous cell carcinoma-associated fibroblasts (CAF-LUSC) are primary human stromal cells derived from the tumor microenvironment of patients with LUSC, a subtype of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) known for its poor prognosis and limited targeted therapy options. These fibroblasts actively contribute to tumor progression, extracellular matrix remodeling, immune evasion, and therapeutic resistance.

Our CAF-LUSC cells are isolated under ethically approved protocols and validated for expression of key activation markers, including αSMA, FAP, and PDGFR-β. They offer a physiologically relevant model for investigating the cellular crosstalk between stromal and epithelial compartments in squamous lung tumors.
