Our human tissue lysates are prepared from ethically sourced, healthy or disease-specific human tissues and processed under controlled conditions to preserve protein integrity and biological relevance. These lysates provide a convenient and reproducible source of total cellular proteins for use in a wide range of applications, including Western blotting, ELISA, immunoprecipitation, proteomics, and biomarker discovery.
Each lysate is homogenized in a detergent-based buffer to ensure efficient cell lysis and solubilization of proteins while maintaining native conformation when required. Available from various tissue types—including liver, brain, lung, kidney, skin, heart, and tumor tissues—these lysates support basic and translational research in areas such as oncology, immunology, metabolism, and neurobiology.
