Description
Head and neck cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAF-HNC) are primary human stromal cells isolated from patients with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC), including oral, oropharyngeal, laryngeal, and hypopharyngeal tumors. These fibroblasts are crucial drivers of tumor progression, local invasion, immune suppression, and resistance to chemoradiotherapy.
