Oncological disease modelling suffers from multiple problems, such as low success rate, trade-off of complexity for technical cumbersomeness, and inability to model tumor microenvironment. Role of cancer-associated fibroblasts and immune component has been long overlooked in models, despite the obvious demand from the drug discovery scientists. Preci’s self-assembled ECM-embedded organoids offer platform for the testing of drug activity, target engangement, specificity and many more effects on a whole tumor cells complexity without sacrificing technical simplicity. We offer isogenic models, incorporating cancer cells, endothelial components, cancer-associated fibroblasts, and PBMCs, which takes only mixing to assemble.
