Description
Human peripheral blood B cells are CD19⁺ lymphocytes isolated from PBMCs of healthy adult donors using magnetic bead-based (MACS). These cells represent the main cellular component of humoral immunity, capable of antigen presentation, cytokine secretion, and antibody production upon activation.
