Description
Human NK (Natural Killer) cells are innate lymphocytes isolated from peripheral blood and enriched for CD56⁺CD3⁻ phenotype via magnetic bead sorting (MACS). These cells play a key role in tumor surveillance, viral clearance, and immune modulation, acting through both direct cytotoxicity and cytokine secretion (e.g., IFN-γ, TNF-α).
