Description
Our human keratinocytes are primary epithelial cells isolated from ethically sourced human skin tissue and cultured under optimized conditions to preserve their proliferative and differentiation capacity. As the predominant cell type in the epidermis, keratinocytes play a central role in skin barrier function, wound healing, inflammation, and epidermal regeneration.
These cells are ideal for a wide range of dermatological and toxicological studies, including topical drug testing, cosmetic ingredient evaluation, irritation screening, and 3D skin model development. Each lot is tested for viability, sterility, and robust growth to ensure reliable in vitro performance in both 2D and organotypic culture systems.
