Description
CAF-GYN products are primary human cancer-associated fibroblasts isolated from a range of gynecological tumor tissues, including endometrial carcinoma, cervical squamous cell carcinoma, uterine sarcoma, and other rare gynecologic malignancies. These fibroblasts play central roles in modulating the tumor microenvironment through matrix remodeling, immunosuppression, and paracrine signaling that drives progression and therapeutic resistance
