Description
Prostate cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAF-PCa) are primary human stromal cells isolated from the tumor microenvironment of patients with prostate adenocarcinoma. These fibroblasts are key players in the development of castration resistance, extracellular matrix remodeling, and immune suppression—hallmarks of advanced and treatment-refractory prostate cancer.
