Our Human Vascular ECM hydrogel is a biologically derived matrix isolated from healthy or diseased vascular tissues, including donors with atherosclerosis, hypertension, aneurysms, and other vascular conditions. Preserving key structural proteins such as collagen, elastin, fibronectin, and laminin, this ECM provides a vascular-specific microenvironment ideal for studying vascular remodeling, regenerative medicine, drug screening, and cardiovascular disease modeling.

Available in sol-gel format, Human Vascular ECM hydrogel is suitable for both 2D and 3D culture systems, promoting endothelial cell attachment, proliferation, tube formation, and vascular-specific differentiation. One vial is sufficient for coating a standard 1-well plate or producing up to 5 well-plates with spheroid cultures, supporting scalable experimental designs. Customization options based on disease background and ECM composition are available upon request.

Whether you aim to model healthy vascular function or investigate disease progression mechanisms like intimal hyperplasia, endothelial dysfunction, inflammation, and thrombosis, our hECM hydrogel supports a wide range of applications. It is fully compatible with primary human endothelial cells, vascular smooth muscle cells, pericytes, and immune cell co-cultures, making it an ideal platform for drug screening, toxicity testing, biomarker discovery, and vascular repair research.

Custom formulations are available to tailor ECM composition, stiffness, and disease relevance to meet your specific experimental needs.
