Description
Patient-derived melanoma cultured cells are primary tumor cells isolated from melanoma patient biopsies, including cutaneous, mucosal, and metastatic lesions. These cells are maintained in vitro under defined conditions that preserve their tumorigenic phenotype, mutational landscape, and invasive behavior.
