Autoimmune conditions are systemic and are rarely limited to a single organ. For instance, during lupus onset multiple organs are getting involved leading to the nephritis, arthritis, and skin inflammation. Therefore, for the modelling of current therapeutic approach it is important to get simultaneously immune and tissue components within a system. To do that, our organoid systems present a great resource, useful across the mechanistic biology and drug development.
