Lymph nodes

Lymphoid tissues coordinate highly complex adaptive and innate immune responses through continuous cross-talk between stromal, endothelial, and immune cell populations. Disturbance of this microenvironment may lead to excessive inflammatory activation, impaired antigen presentation, cytokine imbalance, and abnormal immune cell proliferation. Therefore, physiologically relevant modelling of lymphoid tissues is highly essential for investigation of immune-mediated toxicity, inflammatory diseases, vaccine responses, and immunomodulatory drug activity. Preci offers lymph node-like tissue models derived from primary tonsil and spleen tissues, incorporating native immune populations together with stromal and endothelial components within ECM-supported microenvironments, enabling investigation of immune cell activation, cytokine secretion, immune infiltration, and tissue-specific inflammatory responses in vitro.
